Very unhappy with our travel from Buffalo to Chicago. The bus from buffalo to cleavelent was an hour late which was not the the biggest drama however the problem was that the greyhound bus station in both buffalo and cleavelend was very miserable, cold, dirty and smelly and most of all looking very unsafe. The whole experience really made us not want to travel with a bus anymore in our life.
