Things I enjoyed about my trip:
- The driver was friendly
- the bus was clean
- the trip was non stop without a break in Red Deer which meant a lot shorter time than others.
Things that I found challenging:
- There were heavy perfumes and odors on the bus which gave me a bad headache
- the seats were not upright, most were inclined which made them difficult to get in and out of.
Customers have consistently praised the friendly and personable nature of drivers, highlighting their politeness, hospitality, and informative updates during trips. The buses are noted for being clean and well-maintained with competitive pricing offering great value. However, some reviews mention minor concerns such as limited legroom or small seat pouches.

Late arriving at destination. Traffic was not an issue. Driver stopped at a stop with no passenger pickup, spoke with someone they knew for 4 minutes and then left. Seemed the driver was going below the speed limit the entire time even as the highway was not bumper to bumper busy as in the past. Definitely no need to have been late as the driver would go 40 when it was 50, 50 when it was 60. Seemed to always speed up to the speed limit and then slow down the entire trip. Yes, I could see how fast the bus was traveling.
Passengers generally had a positive experience with the bus service, highlighting comfortable seating, friendly and professional staff, punctuality, and cleanliness. Some appreciated additional amenities like snacks on board. However, there were occasional concerns about mechanical issues causing delays and communication gaps during such events. A few users also mentioned discomfort due to cold air conditioning or unexpected stops along the route.

drop off at SouthGate was very poor. No parking for anyone needing pickup. Very difficult if a senior or have mobility issues to walk across a very busy road
The reviews highlight the excellent service provided by skilled and considerate drivers, who ensure safe and timely journeys. Passengers appreciate the comfortable seating with reclining chairs, decent Wi-Fi, and accommodating staff. However, some users noted that buses can be a bit cold or cramped at times. Overall satisfaction remains high due to reliable performance from both drivers and vehicles alike.
It was hassle-free except for the fact that my Driver's license was in question, however, I realized that the CSR was not knowledgeable that the licensed from another Commonwealth (Caribbean island) was acceptable.

Really good service for the price. We travelled in a 14-seater van that was clean, comfortable, and had all-wheel drive, which is definitely a plus for the upcoming winter. The smaller passenger compartment stayed warm and cozy throughout the trip. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for an affordable and reliable shuttle service. I'd happily book again and recommend it.

The bus was too cold. It’s the cold season and the bus management should prepare a bus that would keep us warm.

Terrible. The driver was 13 minutes late. The vehicle was stuffy and extremely tight with no leg room. The driver was half asleep, as evidenced by his half closed eyes, and kept swerving, especially in the first half of the trip. He then proceeded to text message and I got a strong tension headache from the stress, anticipating a car accident. I enjoyed none of it. The thing doesn't even have a bathroom.
