It all went down good until we arrived at tulum, we checked our bags who were at the cabin above us and our camera got stolen, we and couple people had their things stolen, the company won’t down anything without the police

I was given the opportunity to select a seat when purchasing ticket. However it was not the seat I was forced to sit in during the journey. Why bother giving riders the option if in the end they aren’t allowed to sit in that seat? I have a bad back so it matters to me.

Was great once I got on the bus! Finding the bus was a bit tricky since they left from several different airport terminals, but the driver picked me up even through I was at the wrong terminal. 5 stars to the ADO driver!

I'm indifferent because I did not use my bus ticket. I didn't realize I booked it via the main Cancun bus terminal and not via ADO at CUN. I had to re-book with ADO once I realized it was too costly for a taxi to the Cancun bus terminal
