This was my first trip with Ebus and I loved it! The bus was so comfortable and the trip went by quickly. Nice to see a woman at the wheel. Another driver was a passenger on the trip and he sat in the front row where he had an on-going conversation with the driver. He had quite a booming voice which he can't change of course, but his voice carried loudly throughout the bus. I'm sure he didn't realize it, but he shared his conversation with the rest of us. Given the darkness of the night and the rain, I wondered if perhaps it was wise for him to distract the driver in conversation given the driving conditions. On the other hand, perhaps she enjoyed the company, making her job more pleasant. Just a thought. But I will definitely be travelling by Ebus again!

The driver was kind, the bus was very nice with all the amenities, the trip was quick, however when the bus arrived late and then let everyone out of the bus to eat and pee and smoke, this made my end pickup even later. A half hour in the big picture isn’t the end of the world. I just had to reschedule my pickup.

Rider Express Bus did not show up at 0930, Dec. 22 in Chiliwck, BC. Waited for 2 hours before I took different bus to Vancouver. No telephone number was provided and Drivers from Rider Express going the opposite way . They did not give me a helpful information. It was a nightmare.

I took a bus from Chilliwack to Vancouver, but it departed 25 minutes late and arrived an hour late. It seems the bus was from Calgary to Vancouver. I found it unhelpful that there was no clear timetable and the entire route was unclear. It arrived an hour late at night, so I'd like to see improvements. First of all, I'd like the timetable to be more detailed.
