I’m on the 829 bus and when me and a couple of other passengers were in Pittsburgh we were told when we get off the bus go to gate 3 and then a black bald guy with glasses told everyone that is going to Philadelphia “go to gate 2” so we went but apparently nobody told the bus driver to make a stop in Philadelphia so instead he made a straight through to New York and now the people that is set for Philadelphia is stuck in New York

The Columbus greyhound station was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even use the restroom because i couldn’t. Everything else was almost perfect.

Very very unkind staff and misinformed staff. I didn't understand which terminal to be in because it didn't match the ticket. I asked if she'd help me and she proceeded to talk down to me and raised her voice when I expressed confusion. She made me want to cry, and it's disturbing that such rude and negative people are even employable.
