I had a comfortable lower floor corner bed which was perfect. Plan for a power bank and data on your phone because the output didn't have any power...and the wifi wasn't working. We stopped for dinner at a nice station too!

The seat was OK. Not too comfy but also not unbearable. The staff didn't speak English, but luckily I could communicate in Spanish. It didn't really help. They told me we have a 20 minutes stop, but it was actually 50 minutes. I got back to the bus after 15 minutes to not miss it, and then waited there 35 minutes instead of eating and watching football in the waiting room. The other time, after a 3 hours part of the journey, I wanted to go to pee when we stopped, but they told me I am not allowed, because we are moving on. Of course we stayed there for almost 10 minutes, but I had to wait another 2-3 hours before I could go out... Other than that, they seemed nice and cooperative, only misleading. My seat was next to the stairs, which was not indicated on the reservation platform. I could lean back, because people kept walking up and down, always pushing or hitting my seat so that I slide it forward. It was 12 Celsius, but the A/C was killing us with ice cold air on turbo. It was extremely noisy and cold. The wifi wasn't working during the 17 hours ride...
