after a very long day of flights, the bus ride was my favorite part of the day. cozy and comfortable, with the nicest human being driving the bus. seriously, everyone i talked to affiliated with coach were so kind! they were all clearly friends, smiling, encouraging each other, and the people traveling. I cant highlight our driver enough. he was amazing.

One problem that could have been big: the tickets we were sold in late August showed the wrong time and route: we were sold an OHare express from Madison to Ohare leaving at 2 pm on Sept. 22nd. There was no such bus offered. We caught a bus to OHare that left at 2:30 from the same stop, was not an express bus and made multiple stops, arriving 30 minutes later than what we scheduled. Fortunately we made our airplane connections. We were told that the tickets we had were "on the old schedule." Not confidence-inspiring.

The email receipt was a bit confusing because the pdf of the ticket was at the bottom of the email. Should have been a link at the top. Boarding process was well organized from Ohare MMF. On the bus was just ok. VERY uncomfortable hard seats that barely recline.
