Orléans Express User Reviews
Orléans Express receives praise for its clean buses and efficient drivers, with many passengers appreciating the punctuality of their trips. However, some users have noted issues such as non-functional WiFi and power outlets, unclear departure information, language barriers with staff members not speaking English fluently, uncomfortable seats due to cold air vents or traffic delays in Montreal. Additionally, there were reports about unfriendly service from attendants and confusion regarding bus stops during construction work.
I liked that it was express - only one stop for 15 minutes which is good for stretching, grabbing a snack, or going to the washroom. The price was very reasonable and the ride was smooth sailing. The only thing that could be improved is that the outlets were not working so I could not charge my phone. Other people brought this issue to the driver but he said he did not know what the issue was.

The bus was clean and i like its style. Although some passengers had a slight BO smell, I wish there was some way to filter the bus air because this makes the ride unpleasant. My driver mentioned a strange policy that no one in the first three rows may use electronics due to glare. I found this pretty strange and couldn't find such a policy in the red arrow site nor indicated on any stickers on the bus. Im sure for the people in those rows it would've been nice to know that before the bus was moving or maybe asking for a low screen brightness and no flash would have been a fair compromise. Also there needs to be a direct indication of if a bus has no stops, the driver stated we'd potentially stop at an enroute if weather permits but we were a whole hour earlier than expected and no stops were made. I am lucky to have eaten before but again, these are just avoidable things that i can easily see becoming an issue for yall long term and it makes me uncomfortable to see a driver being distracted by a customer because of simple admin tasks...

Pre assigned seating maybe preferable on busy routes. As single travellers take up all the space, so couples will have difficulties in finding seats together.

The trip itself was great. Unfortunately the bus left just after 10am rather than its scheduled 8:30.

Hello Team , To my surprise, I still haven’t received any update from either of your teams regarding my wallet . I have followed up and coordinated with your team multiple times, but I have yet to receive any clear response or status update. Genuinely don’t understand the level of operation being maintained when there’s no communication between departments. Instead of taking ownership of the issue, I’ve been asked to call one contact after another without any resolution. I don’t understand what policy your company hold when your entire team can’t even track bus operations details in 48 hours ,Is that how your operations works ?? I would love to speak your operations manager If there’s no proper policy or internal procedure for handling lost property, this is something your company urgently needs to review Regards Nik

Amazing ride but the departure delay time was massive
