Very efficient service from Arequipa to Puerto Maldonado. Very comfortable seats, given snacks and a hot drink (no stopping for food) by an attentive employee who was available throughout the journey which made such a difference!

Seats were comfortable and temperature was comfortable as well but the bus smelled like a toilet for the first few hours. At some point during the night people entered and left the bus occasionally and were incredibly disrespectful. I don't speak spanish and I was half asleep so I don't really know what was going on but it sounded like people were boarding the bus, trying to sell stuff and then left at the next station? All I know is that they were being insufferably loud and it was around 4am.

We were only strangers on the bus and staff treated us as a criminals. And no one speak english!!! And for the trip longer than few hours the seats are not comfortable.
