Fairly smooth sailing, the directions could be more specific, e.g. it just said T2&3 but the bus was actually going from the ‘central bus station’ and I had to ask someone to find this out. The journey was fine but it was awfully unpleasant due to the smell of the bus. It stank of urine and of the toilet and made me feel dirty

I had originally booked on an 8:25AM bus after landing at Heathrow at 6AM, National Express then rescheduled and placed me on a 10AM bus without providing a new official ticket. The bus captain initially refused me entry onto the bus as he stated that I only had an email reference and my earlier bus ticket. When I asked the representatives at the counter however, they stated to just show the email to the bus driver. After doing so, and pleading my case, he then let me onto the bus to get to Warwick. Not a great experience. Though I must comment on the cleanliness and promptness of the bus and journey.
