Bus from London, CA to Kitchener, ON: Tickets & Schedules

From London Ontario - 1) Bus was supposed to leave at 5:30; 2) Reception guy said he would announce when the driver arrived. This did not happen; 3) There was no apology by 5:45 pm for the bus being late, and still no announcement of a driver arriving; 4) At 5:50, someone who was with his son and who had also been waiting for the Intercity, asked a driver in a van if he was the one going to Toronto and Sportsworld? The driver said he was but didn't have a record of passengers; 5) We eventually left London after a 20 minute delay and again with no apologies or explanation; 6) One of the drivers before we left London spit out a glob of phlegm on the ground in front of passengers. In my opinion a very unprofessional organization and an unpleasant experience. Please do much better and care about your customers, not just about their money.

The bus was 20 minutes late and didn’t notify anyone. The white sprinters vans are garbage and no one knows how to board them properly so I’m the next stop but I got pushed into the back so everyone needed to get off the bus with me in the rain at the stop with. There’s no room in those seats.

My bus was scheduled to leave London VIA Station at 1: 45pm. I got a notice that it would be early by an hour. I went to VIA at 12:30 The bus arrived at 3:25 pm. I stood there in the sun for close to 3 hours. I'm 77 years old. It was a hot day. The bus was hot inside. Not a good day!

Came 45 minutes late and was only sent an email that the bus would be 5 minutes late. The bus stopped unexpectedly at an OnRoute for over 30 minutes. Overall the bus was almost an hour late to expected location

The driver was very friendly and pleasant. He gave a quick summary of the trip and stops involved. The bus was clean and very roomy which made the seats more comfortable. Bonus points for USB and 3 prong plugs! The downside was the frequency of the trip from my specific location. I had to book a seat 4 hours before I needed to be at my destination and the next bus was too late for my appointment.

so dissappointed. we’re not aware FLIX bus have so many different colors that operate. tried to ask for help yet nothing was resolve. just repeatitive questions.

I'm very impressive of arriving over 10 minutes early scheduled time of leaving. The driver was very helpful both on-off loading luggage. The driver is a professional driving made me feel safe throughout my traveling..

the Bus was great, the only Problem was it was 1/2 hr late. so it messed up other plans.

No wifi, no working outlets, no cup holders, ticket was overpriced.. Won't be booking a ticket with them again.

The bus made me wait outside (Elgin Hall bus stop) in the freezing cold for an hour due to “heavy traffic” although the bus was in Putnam when they sent out the email 8 minutes before departure time that the bus would be 30 minutes later which then turned into 45min, then into an hour. So not only delayed an hour but with NO notice at all.

The grumpy bus driver didn't utter one word to his almost full bus of passengers about being 47 minutes late. I said goodmorning to him twice and he didn't respond . This man is more suited to be a truck driver with no human contact. Very sorry for choosing this service.

bus arrived an hour late with no emails informing us of the delay. I was outside in the freezing cold for an hour waiting with no update from rider express. I will not be using your services again.
