Socibus receives praise for its punctuality and the friendly demeanor of its drivers. However, several users have noted that the buses are uncomfortable due to narrow seats and lack technical amenities such as phone charging ports. Additionally, some passengers expressed concerns about seatbelt conditions affecting safety during travel.

The bus was on time and arrived early, the Seville station however did not update departure boards and I was lucky enough someone was working to direct me where to go. Not a Socibus issue but a station issue. The bus however left more than 15mins late due to trying to load a large group of people with lots of bags. And the drive still arrived 15mins early.

The driver was friendly and tried to help even though we spoke English. We were under the impression that we would be taken directly to the airport. When we had to switch buses at the bus station it was difficult because our Spanish wasn’t good enough to be understood. We did finally get on the correct bus and make it to the airport. I would suggest this trip would be better for fluent Spanish speakers.

good: mostly on time, driver took care that everyone is on board after breaks bad: no drinking allowed despite 17h trip, taking shoes off not allowed, wifi didn't have any internet connection
