Additionally, there were instances where passengers played videos loudly without headphones, which was not addressed by the staff during the journey.
This was an excellent trip. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the bus was very comfortable. Having access to good WiFi and charging ports was really helpful for such a trip. Additionally there were a lot of non Spanish speakers in the section of the bus where I was sitting and the staff were helpful and good at explaining what we needed to do at the border points in English. Bus Sur really knows how to provide good customer service. 10/10

The bus was very comfortable and the bus WiFi was great. Unfortunately, we arrived an hour late from Puerto Natales to El Calafate. We have buses booked later this week that we will reschedule based on the timing.
