Would have been 5 stars if they would have done two things; first announced our arrival destination (we’ve never been to this destination before and didn’t know what city we were in until we asked) two, allow the passengers to get off the bus before allowing (a large line of passengers) to board. We couldn’t get off the bus and the new arrivals were annoyed with us because they had reserved our same seats.

The workers at the check in were very nice and helpful. I will use the service again. After waiting for my bus to arrive, I checked my bag and quickly went inside to use the bathroom. Returned less than five minutes later and the bus was gone. I did not observe any of the other busses depart so quickly. Great service in resolving the issue.
