Big Sky is the best, it is better than Inter cape and intercity. The bus is vey neat. Though it was scheduled to arrive in Jhb at 08h15, it arrived @ 08h29. It is better compared intercape and intercity. What I like the most is the route the bus used. Where ever we stopped the bathrooms were neat and in a good condition at each stops. The service from drivers was absolutely amazing. Big Sky is the way

Trip was very long and did not arrive on time I was 2 hours and 30 minutes late.. As per booking. Driver keep the aircon so could most of the passengers was complaining and he just ecnor them. And that is not customer friendly because people said they not going to use big sky again and that is not good for business to loose 1 customer is bad and it Al go by the word of mouth. Let's fix that. I was sitting in that bus for nearly 20 hours and that is not good.

It was too cold, heater not working properly. Only arrived in park station at around 09h30. Was expecting 05h30 atleast

Abakhathali shem, they don't inform passengers when they stop whether to go to bathroom or its a pick up, they just drive and even miss some people's stop and they had to drive back. A trip that was supposed to be 09 hours turned out to be 12 hours. I will never book this BigSky bus ever again.
