For a first-time user I was verry impress with the bus ride, the comfort of the seats and the cleanness of the bus in its whole. But what impressed me most was our bus first driver, Solly, who started from Pretoria. His friendliness, special attention for the passengers needs and his professional driving skills. I was sitting in seat nr 3 and could see the road and the way he drove. I was completely at peace with him behind the steering wheel. What a gentleman. Regards

It was disappointing to find no toilet paper, water, or soap in the onboard toilet. I understand that the bus from the south required changing to another bus in Bloemfontein, but the replacement bus was at the boarding an hour before the other bus arrived. There were no announcements to tell passengers which stop each one was, or how long they were stopping. Even when there was an emergency stop due to a tyre blow out, passengers were not informed what was wrong (we heard it), and whether the passengers should exit the bus, stay aboard, or whichever they chose. On the positive side, the driver managed the tyre puncture very well and drove responsibly.

I know the leakage problem was probably beyond the driver's control however the 2 hours delay did cause an inconvenience to some of us however I do like the fact that the driver communicated with us and we did not have much of a choice but to wait for another bus to take us to EL and the driver tried atleast to cover up I thought we will arrive in East London at 12pm however we arrived at 10h15.

The trip was fine no delays or anything but breaks are given in places/garages where there's little options to buy food and from Cape Town all the way to Laingsburg with no break🥺🥺☹️

This driver is very very rude ,very unprofessional when he talks to people,he needs a very serious training, he tells us the bus from Kokstad to Cape Town do not stop at Mthatha just to grab water and food , he says it's the law they are told not to stop and let passengers to buy, if it's the case this is very unfair and people were complaining that they will stop using Intercape if that us how it treats people, but the gentleman must have his Profesional way of addressing people. All buses stop at Mthatha expect this one Regrds
