The driver was on time picking up passengers from the airport l. He was friendly and helpful with my luggage. He was also friendly. An email was sent by intercity prior to the pickup date as a reminder and with the description of the vehicle which was very helpful. The price is very reasonable compare to other shuttle vehicles such as RobertQ. I will definitely recommend Intercity services to family and friends without hesitation. Please keep up the great work

Like the bus , clean and comfortable. Easy and affordable way to travel from the airport. Bus was late arrived at 7 or 7 :15 pm I think, but this would be a traffic situation I expect which is to be expected. Didn't like to experience that the driver did not have the abilitly to speak in a non emotional way with several women passangers that needed help. I think they had missed their bus with another bus company or time was different but a lot of time wasted bickering back and forth in an frustrated tone. Bus driver was probably already stressed that he was late.

I was switched from a bus to a van. The van was very uncomfortable and definitely needed new shock absorbers. The van dropped us off at the departures level of Pearson Terminal 1instead of at the lower bus level
