Megabus User Reviews
Megabus receives praise for its punctuality and friendly drivers, ensuring a safe travel experience. However, several reviews mention discomfort due to congested seating and inadequate air conditioning. Issues with communication about delays or changes in schedule were also noted by passengers, along with occasional maintenance concerns affecting the journey's quality.
The driver welcomed everyone on board. He let us know that the heat was on and gave us the password for the wifi. He chatted with some passengers up front. He announced each stop. He helped people stow and retrieve their bags. He helped me to get off the bus. He thanked us for taking Megabus. All these things were common years ago but not now. I haven't taken Megabus before so I don't know if all this is standard practice but it certainly should be.

Big bus was comfortable. Drivers were friendly and drove safely. Unfortunately the family with kids could not control their young kid and teenage son. Young kid was excessively loud inside the bus during the journey, often screaming “mom” or wanting some sort of attention. Teenage son was bothering another rider in front of him after Kingston. The rider had to turn around and scold him and his mom had to interfere. My seat was across from 25/26 and could not charge my ohone. The charger kept slipping out. Wifi was not able to connect for most of the trip.

Very bad. Megabus cancelled the connection to Montreal and I have to make arranges with them and the departure was delated 4 hours.

The bus stalled before Cornwall. We, the passengers, waited for close to 2 hours on the side of the highway for another Mega bus. When it arrived, there was not enough seats for us, the stranded passengers. Ten of us were left behind. We waited for another half hour!

The bus itself was fine… But landing in Pearson Toronto airport. It was very difficult, figuring out and finding where the pick up was. If there was some sort of a pin that we could’ve put it on our mobile maps would’ve been very helpful. And better instructions on where the pick ups would be. We don’t know Toronto or the airport very well so just dumb it down for those of us from out of town.
