Sarfa receives praise for providing clean buses and punctual service, ensuring a smooth travel experience. However, some travelers noted challenges such as difficulty finding the departure point at Barcelona Airport and issues with seat allocation not being respected by fellow passengers. Additionally, there were mentions of abrupt driver behavior and occasional delays on certain routes.
We were sadly let Disney by our hotel who had ordered us a taxi but it arrived at 11.25 instead of 11.00am. In their defence, the driver made it too the station as quick as he could and luckily we were not the only passengers let them by a taxi service. We managed to flag down the bus just as it was about to depart. The driver was extremely helpful, letting us load our cases into the hold and jetting us into the bus without showing the tickets. Once we were sat down and had time to get ourselves together, the co-driver came over to scan the tickets. They couldn’t have been nicer! Although, late in arrival this wasn’t any of their doing as there was awful traffic. My one gripe would be the terrible air conditioning on the coach - it was awful, no cold air seemed to be pumping out.

The return trip to Barcelona was not as great as the initial trip to Tossa de Mar. The bus was much smaller and less comfortable, and the bus driver was rather abrupt. Wasn't "bad" but I guess we were spoiled with the initial experience.

The driver was grumpy, tired and was a terrible driver. His driving was very jerky and the ride was uncomfortable. The driver seemed very distracted at times.
