Front staff was gone for most of the time and unprofessional. Bus driver was great but I wish she would have let us know she was stopping for 20 minutes in las cruces for a break, so we could get off and get some snacks.

Bus conductor was rude to multiple of customers onboard. Following company policies and instructing them, but he would also yell at people who would use "profanity", but verbally used profanity.

First time in a greyhound bus and it was a good experience.
Users have shared positive feedback about the bus service, highlighting its affordability, cleanliness, professionalism of drivers, and overall efficiency. However, some concerns were raised regarding delayed departures without announcements in English and issues with bathroom maintenance on certain trips. Despite these challenges, many travelers appreciated reaching their destinations safely and comfortably.

the buses have been dirty. last bus bathroom had no seat on the toilet. its smelled extremely bad. the bathroom smell was intense everytime the bus bounced or swayed on bumps in road. there was no communication from the bus driver about locations etc.

The overall experience was fine in terms of the service people and getting to my destination. The horrible bathroom experience is why I dropped the rating to 3 stars (maybe should be 2 stars?). On the trip out, the toilet was smashed up, but at least worked (especially for those of us that stand - I feel bad for the ladies). There wasn't even have an option for hand washing, or at least a sanitizer pump. The return trip had a nicer bathroom with a hand washing station (newer bus), BUT the toilet wouldn't flush, so by the end of the trip it was nearly full of urine. Just gross. And the hand washing station was just for show - I don't think it was ever considered for use. The good ride, locations, and economics of travel for my needs makes Los Limousines worth considering again in the future, but their indifference to the state of their bathrooms might be indicative of how it views its customers. And might push me to not go or figure out other options.

Even without the heat working, MUCH better than Greyhound. Timely, efficient, professional.
