Greyhound Australia is appreciated for maintaining its schedule, with departures and arrivals on time. Passengers find the seats comfortable and pricing reasonable. However, there are consistent reports of non-functional WiFi, charging ports not operating as expected, and issues with onboard toilet facilities lacking water or paper.
The driver Joe was great, competent and gave clear info and friendly. The aircon was good, which helped on an extremely hot day. The food options weren't great at the stops in remote locations, especially Kulgera. There was one Indigenous lady who got on board with 2 kids. She had trouble controlling the older one, who kept wandering down the passage while travelling, and I was asked by the mother to help restrain her.

Reasonable cost however Greyhound site advises buses have wifi and charging ports - no wifi and charging ports didn't operate. There was no water in tank to flush Toilet on board and no toilet paper rendering it for most part unusable. Bus was late arriving at pick up and drop off - understand the remoteness of the area but I expected far more from Greyhound. On the whole disappointed BUT it did get us to the destination.
