Greyhound Australia User Reviews
Greyhound Australia is praised for its friendly and skilled drivers, as well as the overall comfort of their buses. Passengers appreciate timely departures and arrivals. However, some users have noted issues with air conditioning being too cold and unpleasant odors from the toilets affecting those seated at the back.
The driver Joe was great, competent and gave clear info and friendly. The aircon was good, which helped on an extremely hot day. The food options weren't great at the stops in remote locations, especially Kulgera. There was one Indigenous lady who got on board with 2 kids. She had trouble controlling the older one, who kept wandering down the passage while travelling, and I was asked by the mother to help restrain her.

No problems with the service, and the drivers were great.Only thing I would say is that I had no seat allocation,no big deal. The other no biggy either is there was no sign up for the pick-up point at central,my first trip to Sydney, train info centre no help, taxi driver even though working the area for 14 years had no idea .

From Brisbane to Noosa. We were at the Brisbane domestic airport to get in to 1.05 pm and not given the information regarding that we had get in to Mt Elisa bus and get down at Roma street. Luckily I ask the driver regarding and he then told that we had to get in to that bus and change over. Not good at all as we could have missed the bus if I didn’t ask. Poor service.
