Velocity Bus User Reviews
Velocity Bus has received mixed reviews from its users. Many passengers appreciate the safe driving and clear communication, such as pick-up texts and efforts to contact them if not seen at designated spots. However, there are concerns about punctuality with reports of delays affecting travel plans. Some travelers noted that vehicles used were cars instead of buses or vans without proper signage or air conditioning, leading to discomfort during warmer days. Additionally, some customers found interactions with drivers and customer support less professional than expected.
Driver communicate was excellent. I formed us he was 10 minutes away from arriving at airport. When we asked how many more stops, he said none, we were his only customer for this run. It was foggy and raining, we asked if he could drive us home rather the dropping us off at Elgin hall and he said yes. He offered us water which was very nice. We flight arrived earlier than expected and we tried calling the 519-521 number on invoice, no one answered. W were trying to find out if we could get on an earlier bus. Different way of communicating would have been helpful.

The driver went out of the way to drop off a passenger which caused us to be later than the 6:05 arrival time and it appeared as though it was his friend, this is not the first time this has happened and before the driver actually asked the people to be quiet about it and they tired to pay him cash and he quickly said later, later paying customers should not have to be late because drivers are doing side jobs

On time pick up, on time arrival 😉

I was grateful when the driver called me when I had not shown up at the appointed time (I got stuck in the wrong Airport terminal). He was able to direct me to a new pick-up point, and we left on time. Excellent customer service!
