Understandably out of the control of the driver, but due to 5pm Dublin traffic, we arrived 45+ minutes late to Killarney, missing the final bus out of town to our home town- we ended up having to pay for a €148 taxi at >10pm. The company ought to consider that 5pm trips will take longer than, say, 10am trips, so that guests can better organise their travel schedules.
