I enjoyed the clean space, the intercape staff was also amazing especially the drivers on my return trip. What can improve in my humble opinion is a way to show us on the screens which stop we are at and perhaps increase the number of refreshment breaks... Thanks!

The service was very bad nd disappointing the bus arrived in time at Durban station which was 20h00 we were ready for the journey the drivers open the bus and the old lady (grandma)that was on the question asked the driver that do u guys have toilet in ur bus the answer was "Hey gogo go nd ask inside intercity office" nd then they close themselves inside the bus until 20h45 i went inside ro ask that the bus suppose to leave at 20h00 now it 20h45 no updates what wrong the lady from office came out and asked the driver's they said there are not taking Passengers bcos there's no toilet in the bus she must tell us to go nd book intercape if we need toilet the attitude we got from that 2 drivers is disgusting shame I fell sorry for that gogo bcos she was not wrong if she asked about toilet since we traveling long long distance that gogo had to apologize to the drivers nd they open bus at 21h00 to me they were very rude when they open the bus they said "who ever feel or want to travel with this bus let's go nd who ever need toilet must go book intercape I was so disappointed nd bored frm Duban Station to Bloemfontein.Respect is very important driver or Passengers Respect goes both side those drivers they don't have Respect nd they have very bad attitudes nd very rude to the Passengers.

I enjoyed nothing, booked on line it showed there is a toilet. Only to find that there isn't, and not the 1st or second time this happens.
Driver's were rude, no patience for passengers.
