I booked the budbus for sunday to leave for Calgary from lethbridge and come home monday(the next day). Wanted to see my 84 yr old mom who came from BC to Calgary. Once I booked i noticed my ticket said leaving for Calgary Monday and coming home Monday. I tried til 2am to fix the problem. Very upset I didnt get to see my mom. Too upset to keep talking about it. That was my mom and I had the money to travel.

Im still in the evening trip because I lost morning bus at Lethbridge, no instructions inside the bus station how to find the bus and I literally missed my bus while been on the adres. Office also appears more like it Red Arrow by big sign but very barely visible mentioning that is EBus as well. Information about check in is written in the ticket is getting skipped between optional information, but doesn’t appears visibly near vital info about time and destination. Very confusing for someone who using EBus for his first time

There was country radio playing on the bus speakers the whole second half and a dude clapping along with the songs occasionally. Everytime I started to snooze the dude clapping would wake me up.

The driver was rude. I was putting my coat on slowly because of an injury ( I was the last person on the bus) and he just stared at me as I said” I’m going, I’m just putting my coat on” . He said “ I’ve got to get going now . I was only a couple of seconds till I was off. Very rude man.
