Bus was on time leaving and reached Calgary airport at posted time. Seats were okay, reasonably comfortable and did recline. Announcements were difficult to hear and bus rode like it was getting near the end of its service life. One customer ignored the video about keeping phone calls short and quiet and talked very loudly for over an hour.

It was my first time travelling with the EBUS. I had a great experience. The driver was amazing. She was in complete control of that bus. Made me feel extremely safe. The bus was clean, the terminal was clean. I would have liked to see more signs on were to go to sign in for the bus and were to line up. For someone’s first time, I had to ask other passengers direction. But overall. Very good experience

The driver was rude. I was putting my coat on slowly because of an injury ( I was the last person on the bus) and he just stared at me as I said” I’m going, I’m just putting my coat on” . He said “ I’ve got to get going now . I was only a couple of seconds till I was off. Very rude man.
