I boarded a bus from Mr Frere to Midrand at 6:05 lastnight. The bus made a stop at Mount Currie and then Montrose. When we got to Park Station, we were asked to get off the bus into another that will take us to Midrand and those going to Pretoria. Upon disembarking the coach, I realized my Big pink suitcase was not in the coach. I asked the driver, he then casually said that some bags fell out along the way. This is totally unacceptable. In that bag is my toiletries, underwear and clothes. I’m also a freelance make up artist and my work equipment is in there. I’m looking forward to your timely response regarding my luggage. If not, further steps will be taken.
