Almost trampled at the pick up location, 25 people all pushing the way to the front of the line. Literally pushing and shoving me and others, rider behind me has hung their bag handle around my seat, and have hit me on head when trying to exit, and re enter the bus. Passenger in front of me has been on his phone so far entire trip and picking his nose, drunk disrespectful passengers
