The bus was late and the bus driver was very frustrated and impatient ( I guess because he couldn't arrive on time). He was shouting few words in Croatian and few words in English. The bus was not full but he didn't want to let people board with a later ticket. It was a very unpleasant experience.

We booked a ticket but then had to pay more for our luggage (stowed under the bus anyway) and because people don’t sit in designated sea they are pushy in getting on and unwilling to share double seats. It’s ridiculous when everything is done online. Seats can be allocated and a piece of luggage can be included. Also, the ticket said 7.8 euros but at checkout we were charged 9 euros Plus 1.6 for luggage

Terrible. Didn't show up for ages (over 50 minutes late), to a point where I was going to have to book a 100€ taxi to get to the airport as it was so late. It arrived right before booking, but the man driving was so incredibly rude. It is the worst public transport experience I have ever had, the woman at reception in Rovinj knew nothing, and then went on lunch so we could check with no one and had absolutely no information. Shocking and appalling service.

The bus was overbooked. There were more people with tickets than seats and at least 10 people had to stand throughout a 1 hour drive. No one respects the assigned seats, everyone just sits wherever they want and dont let people sit next to them. also the bus was late for half an hour. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I purchased two tickets online and one of them scanned as "invalid" when were entering the bus, causing a very heating and lengthy discussion before we were finally allowed to board. Un unforgettable experience indeed, just not in the way I hoped.

The bus on which I was booked did not come. After one hours wait I took another bus to Pula. I did not get any information whatsoever. Very bad, not reliable.
