I never had the chance to take my trip to Pasco. When I arrived at the Seattle bus station I couldn't get anyone at the ticket counter to acknowledge me. After ten minutes or so I finally said something to one of the two guys that were just inside the door off of the ticket counter and her came out and was VERY RUDE. I told him I'm cutting it close looking up at the departures it looked like my bus had left while I was waiting to talk to someone but I was holding out hope because there was a bus there and appeared to be getting ready to leave. This guy wouldn't even give me eye contact. He said "well what bus?" I said "I'm going to Pasco." Then he was very dismissive and said "yup he's already gone." Still no eye contact and turned to walk away without even trying to help or to see if there were other options. He just walked away. Not my first issue in the last few days with employees that work for Greyhound
