Bus from Puno to Cusco: Tickets & Schedules

The bus was absolutely freezing and even though it was a night bus they didn’t turn off the lights until an hour or two before we got there.

Left late, arrived close to leaving time which was stressful - seats didn’t recline loads & no leg room

The bus was dirty and over packed from the outset with people being told there was no room to 'check' a bag and large suitcases then being put in the ailse. The seat itself was large and comfortable enough but worn and the curtains next to it were wet!?! The bus made many stops meaning we arrived 45minutes later than advertised. The toilet...well...it was legitimately a hole through to the road...on a nearly 9hour journey with no toilet stops. A wild ride, you'll get there, but perhaps not in the comfort you'd expect.

Good: almost everything Bad: Arrived 3,5h early, dropping us at 04:30 in the morning without accomodation. -> Reliable time schedule would be great.

The bus was ok, got a solo seat (the curtain do not cover the whole length). The landscapes were amazing. We arrived 1hour late.

The seats are comfortable but that is about it. We used this company twice. First time we arrived almost 3 hours late (9 hours without a break) and second time 1.30 hour late and the driver was dangerous (i think he drove on the left side almost all the way and went right only when the trucks we crossed where too big). I would recommend everyone Who can to find another company !

Maybe it's just the local culture here, but on late-night buses, there are people who play videos with the sound on, and the person sitting next to me was on the phone the whole time, so I couldn't sleep at all. I want people to be more careful.

The bus left on time and was easy to locate at the station. I really would have preferred WiFi connectivity throughout the journey. Otherwise, a very effective way to travel.

The wifi didn't work

Pünktlich, bequem und gut kommuniziert. Nur der Bahnhof in Cusco liegt anscheinend sehr ungünstig. Ich musste über 40 Minuten auf einen uber warten, weil mehrere Fahrer abgelehnt haben.

Comfortable bus. Almost on time. But entertainment only worked some of the time.

Very comfortable bus, lots of legroom, quiet & easy to sleep. My friends and I were very happy in general. We do wish there had been some communication about dining -- we were on the bus from 8am until 3pm and assumed there would be a stop for lunch (based on our internet research on this route). I wish we'd been told we needed to bring food!
