Cruz del Sur Arequipa Cusco recent customer reviews
My journey was randomly changed from 19:00 to 20:00 with no explanation, I was there at 18:20 so my timing wasn’t the issue. Furthermore my seat go unbearably hot from the side of the seat all the way to the feet it was terrible

Cruz del Sur was very organised and helpful. The only problem was that the seats were incredibly small and uncomfortable! I have travelled in many buses in Peru. All the seats have been larger than those

Efficient, comfortable and on time. Only complaint is please fire the person who thought it was a good idea to have a warming alarm go off in the passenger compartment when the driver exceeds the speed limit, infuriating!
Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service, mentioning that it was too hot and staff were rude. Additionally, there were complaints about broken chairs, a smell of gas throughout the ride, difficulty breathing due to heat, and even boiling water bottles. These issues seem to be consistent across multiple reviews.

Not very good… the air conditioning wasn’t working and next to my seat was something that was very hot I nearly burnt myself on it and it radiated so much heat that I was sweating for the full 12hr journey.

The seats were very nice, the heating was however very hot most of the night, felt like a sauna, and the restroom was quickly out of toilet paper

My chair was broke coudlt sit normally when I wanted. Cpuld manage that but the chair was falling apart. There was a smell of gas for the whole ride and i could barley breath. And it was so hot my water bottle boiled.
According to customer reviews, there are mixed opinions about the comfort of the seats. Some customers found them shockingly comfortable, while others had difficulties sleeping during overnight rides. However, it's worth noting that seat number 6 should be avoided as it has a heater underneath that can make the seat extremely hot and cause overheating issues for personal belongings such as laptops and cameras. Additionally, some customers mentioned being disturbed by movies playing during their journey.
Oltursa Arequipa Cusco recent customer reviews
Seats are relatively comfortable and bus left on time. Lights were turned off immediately after departure even though it was only 8pm. A vent or similar was located directly underneath my seat, which emitted very hot air, making the journey extremely uncomfortable

DO NOT book seat number 6. Underneath the seat is a heater which makes the seat extremely hot. I had my bag beneath my legs and both my laptop and camera got extremely overheated as a result.

Horrible, staff were extremely unhelpful and rude, there were hidden fees, no toilet paper in the toilet, heating constantly on the bus which made everyone dehydrated, awful experience

The seats were very comfy but the heater was on and burning my leg for about 4 hours and felt like I was in a sauna. My charging port wasn’t working as well. There was no toilet role so I had to stop the driver and ask for some. As well the aircon above wasn’t working for most of the journey very disappointed.

The heating was initially unbearably warm. Then after about an hour or so it was turned completely off, where we froze in -3 degrees temperature with only a thin blanket given to us.

It was all very organised with the boarding. But the seats were very narrow and if the person in front declined their seat, there was almost no room for your legs. The bus was A SAUNA since the radiators by the windows were a million degrees. I felt like I was having a heat stroke. Would not choose them again.

The staff had no idea where i was supposed to go. I was there 2 hours early and the bus left without me because staff kept sending me to other terminal locations. I ran after the bus caught it and they refused to let me on. They took my luggage. The next bus left late and broke down and arrived late

It was fine, bus was clean, seats were comfy, staff was helpful, movies were good. Only negative was that it arrived late to cusco and I almost missed a work meeting.
