Although it was an older bus and not as nice as the ADO we’ve used, it got us where we wanted to go. Keep in mind the bus station is in a different location than the ADO. If we didn’t have such a great taxi driver, we wouldn’t have known that piece of important information.

They played the movie at full volume and brightness until the middle of the night so I couldn't sleep. The bathroom was broken, and whenever someone accidentally opened the door, a strong, bad smell filled the bus. The chair wasn't able to fold back, and there was no sign for charging outlets as advertised.

The bus was delayed 90 minutes, which wasn't good but the lady at the counter was friendly and spoke English. When the bus came it was brand new and we were the only passengers! Great drive to CDMX, clean toilet. All good. The bus station in CDMX was also clean and new.
