Profesional service , easy to find the terminal, clean and comfortable journey and arrived on schedule. The charging port was broken on my seat but the other port worked fine.

I did not mind the trip, it was over night, therefore it was was it was, it was unfortunate that many people did not have the courtesy to use headphones or other, especially at 1 & 2 in the morning

Bus arrived almost 5 hours late and did not do a single stop until 18 hours in

Departure with 30min late, ok that’s fine. Later on while going up the mountains between Arequippa and Lake Titicaca the bus starts to struggle. In the end we had to turn around (in a mountain road, that was very scary and dangerous), go back down and wait 3 hours for another bus to pick us up. Between the original delay, the return and the additional waiting, we arrived 9 hours later. Best way to waste a day!

The time for the bus was wrong on the ticket, so I missed it. However the lady at the terminal helped me get on the next available bus with no charge. So excellent service.
