My 1st time travelling by coach but my train was £55 from birmingham to doncaster coach was £18.90 so savin alot ...coach was clean the driver was very helpful did his job perfectly...alth by coach it was 1 hour 45 longer than train but i had time to kill ...highly recommed i for one will definatly be looking again to travel by coach..i do have a car but no stress travelling

Bus left on time, travelled safely and arrived early. Customer communications and announcements could have been a little friendlier. That the person sitting next to me was far to big for the seat didn't help, but that's a difficult problem to deal with.

Our bus got cancelled to Manchester airport and we got tickets to another one 70 minutes later which we couldn't go on because then we would be late to the airport. We had to book a taxi instead which cost us a lot of money. When we tried to get a hold of national express it was hopeless. Nobody on site at the centre of Liverpool one bus station and then we couldn't get through on the phone line. I tried cancelling the tickets and get a refound through their site online as they said in the phone while waiting but the system couldn't find my booking. So we just gave up on the refound, payed a LOT OF MONEY for a taxi and couldn't even get a hold of the bus company. Useless service and just such a bad experience.
