Ulsterbus User Reviews
Ulsterbus receives praise for its friendly and helpful drivers, clean and comfortable buses, as well as the scenic journeys offered. Many users appreciate the punctuality of their services and find it easy to book online. However, some travelers experienced confusion regarding bus routes at departure points or ferry connections and noted that advertised amenities like toilets were not always available on board.
Enjoyed the whole trip over on the ferry & then the run up to Glasgow on the coach.,5stars

A bus service to Dublin City took longer than expected

It was terrible. I would not recommend this to anyone. I don't know why they can't use the same Bus to Board the Ferry. I chose to travel this way to avoid Airports, ie Less queuing and endless waiting. Very little leg room on the Bus and felt very uncomfortable on the way there sitting in a Bus full of Loyalists. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

The connecting bus at Belfast harbour departed without several passengers. Without the help of another bus company our journey would not have been completed…..

I believed that I would pick up the bus at Belfast port. I discovered quite by accident that there was no bus. I travelled as a foot passenger and the bus arrived at the other side. I waited in the cold for 15 minutes before the bus arrived. The QR code I had was not recognized by the driver’s machine but he was kind enough to take me in boarding. I’d describe my trip as a fiasco from start to finish. I’ll revert to using Hannon Coach in future.
