Something should be done about the customers that spend the trip talking on their cell phones. They speak so loudly it is aggravating to the other customers. The woman seated behind me was on her phone from Heathrow and still talking when I got off in Norwich.

I did not travel on the bus so cannot comment on the journey itself. My issue is with the schedule screen and the announcements. It appeared that the 9.55 bus was delayed. I waited outside for the announcements and I did hear a bus for Central London being announced. I wasn’t sure if this meant Victoria Bus Staion. I went to ask someone and before I knew it, the bus pulled out. I could not wait for the next bus as I would not have been in time to catch the bus to Norwich. I had to purchase another ticket at a cost of £50. I noticed that the woman who took over the announcements always mentioned London Victoria and not Central London.
