Bus from Lima, PE to Cusco: Tickets & Schedules

I don´t know if something was wring with the bathroom or the bathroom door, but half back part of the bus smelled slightly of urin the entire >24 h trip.

- No english speaking at the bus terminal, very difficult to understand where the bus was leaving from - In the night there was no ventilation so it was tough breathing, the windows were completely dripping from all the air being trapped inside. - most disgusting bus toilet - delayed we arrived later than expected - Smelly bus - and there were disney movies playing constantly with speakers on every seat that couldn’t be turned down or off. - in the night it was freezing I had a really really bad experience

It was nice that we could charge our phone and that we had 2 breaks of around 30 minutes. But the second day, the airco was not really working. Also the toilet became very gross so it smelled in the bus. There was also a 2 hour delay that was not communicated.

Bus ran on time, seats were comfortable. Only negative would be the lack of Wi-Fi (which it stated when booking)

My experience was great. I’m not very fluent in Spanish at the moment. So it was very reassuring when staff was bilingual. Now that may not always be the case but in my scenario it helped tremendously. The bus ride itself is very comfortable. Equipped with reclining seats and lcd screens to watch movies on your ride. As well as having an on-deck restroom, you’ll surely ride in comfort. Departure and arrival times are accurate, in fact I think we arrived earlier than our intended arrival. The only problem I experienced was a lack of onboard Wi-Fi. But other than that no complaints.

The biggest complaint and problem was the bathroom. For a 22 hour bus trip and first class bus, the cleanliness and quality of the toilet needs attention and improvement. The service was excellent from Valeria.

Excellent service. We didn’t realize that the seats up top which cost a bit extra had more room and personal entertainment, next time we will buy the top deck tickets for sure. Bus bathroom did get a bit dirty but otherwise for a 22hr hour bus amazing!

Everything was fine. But the lady didnt want to gave us the WiFi password?! And maybe give the passengers 2 times the oppurtunities to go out the bus. 21 hours sitting is quite long.

The trip was great the driver was very good however the seats didn't recline much and were very uncomfortable for a 22hour ride.

The bus was ok in terms of services , the toilet stinks constantly and the journey way is portrayed as 21 hours so in my case 6pm to 3pm however ended up being a total of 31 hours I get there was 2 stops but not 10 hours worth

No debería demorar tanto en llegar a su destino ya que ellos dijeron de 19 a 22 horas y se demoraron 26 horas

Worst bus drive of my life. The bus didn’t stop even once to buy food or drinks I was starving Dying of thirst combining this with the 24 hours drive all the way to Cusco with the altitude was a real nightmare

Bus seats were really spacious, easy to check in and find the terminal at the station

We arrived at the terminal early but was able to check our bags in. We left on time, was served a delicious dinner of rice with beef patty and side of vegetables as well as a small breakfast. The seats were very comfortable and the temperature was great. We were provided with a pillow and blanket. Overall it was a great and safe experience. I’m glad I went this route to get to Cuzco. Remember to bring own headphones for the onboard entertainment.
