Efficient, comfortable and on time. Only complaint is please fire the person who thought it was a good idea to have a warming alarm go off in the passenger compartment when the driver exceeds the speed limit, infuriating!

Not very good… the air conditioning wasn’t working and next to my seat was something that was very hot I nearly burnt myself on it and it radiated so much heat that I was sweating for the full 12hr journey.

My chair was broke coudlt sit normally when I wanted. Cpuld manage that but the chair was falling apart. There was a smell of gas for the whole ride and i could barley breath. And it was so hot my water bottle boiled.

DO NOT book seat number 6. Underneath the seat is a heater which makes the seat extremely hot. I had my bag beneath my legs and both my laptop and camera got extremely overheated as a result.

The seats were very comfy but the heater was on and burning my leg for about 4 hours and felt like I was in a sauna. My charging port wasn’t working as well. There was no toilet role so I had to stop the driver and ask for some. As well the aircon above wasn’t working for most of the journey very disappointed.

It was all very organised with the boarding. But the seats were very narrow and if the person in front declined their seat, there was almost no room for your legs. The bus was A SAUNA since the radiators by the windows were a million degrees. I felt like I was having a heat stroke. Would not choose them again.

The staff had no idea where i was supposed to go. I was there 2 hours early and the bus left without me because staff kept sending me to other terminal locations.
