FlixBus Toronto Kingston recent customer reviews
We were very tired from our early day journey from England. Our bus was booked in July so we expected it to arrive approx 2:35 at terminal 1 at T.O. airport. Many busses arrived but told us and several other customers that they were not our bus. Finally, a driver going to ottawa squeezed us on his full bus , as we were stranded. At 3:15 i suddenly received a text from flix stating my bus was canceled. Koodos to our driver, but a terrible fail to flix

I thought there could be more help. With getting luggage into and out of the storage. It is a little awkward.

Bus was an hour and a half late leaving Toronto and almost three hours late arriving in Kingston. I would have taken the train had I known they were that far behind schedule.
Passengers frequently praised the bus service for its punctuality, comfortable seating, and friendly drivers who kept them informed during their journey. The buses were generally clean and provided a smooth ride. However, some passengers noted issues with finding pick-up locations at airports due to unclear instructions or lack of signage. Additionally, there were occasional concerns about non-functional Wi-Fi and temperature control inside the bus being too cold or hot without proper adjustment options by the driver.
Megabus Canada Toronto Kingston recent customer reviews
Finding the pick up spot at Pearson Airport was difficult.
The instructions were not clear.
There was no signage at the airport.
The bus was not identified as a Megabus. Nor did it have a destination sign.

It was very comfortable and the driver was pleasant and helpful.
I did leave my jacket in the bus in the high shelf though. What’s the best way to recover it?
Customers generally found the service to be punctual and appreciated the courteous and professional demeanor of the drivers. Booking was easy, even at short notice, with convenient pickup locations. However, some users mentioned that better signage on buses or at airport pickup points would enhance their experience further.
ONEXBUS Toronto Kingston recent customer reviews
Bad. I used it once and really loved it but I took the same bus as I took last time and it said it would be late 15 to 20 mins at 6:53 am. It was supposed to be 7:20 am departure but because it said it was delayed I only went 10 minutes early. When I got there I saw no bus but I saw this one unmarked bus so I went up to go ask the bus driver if this one was going to Kingston. He saw me and another guy and decided to get into the bus close the door and drive off. So I still wasn’t sure if it was my bus because he didn’t answer my question so I waited outside in the cold for more than an hour just to be let down and go home

The driver was extremely aggressive, impolite, and discourteous, and unfortunately, his behaviour made what should have been a pleasant trip a very unpleasant and embarrassing experience.
There were two of us boarding the bus, and we handed our tickets to the driver on my phone. He scanned only one of the two tickets. We assumed he had scanned both and proceeded to board the bus. As we were getting on, he suddenly started shouting loudly at us, asking why we were boarding without showing our tickets.
It was clearly a simple misunderstanding caused by the fact that he had missed scanning the second ticket. There was absolutely no intention on our part to board without a valid ticket. Obviously, no one would knowingly board a bus without one. The situation could have been handled calmly and respectfully by simply asking us to show the second ticket. Instead, the driver chose to yell at us in front of other passengers.
What made the experience even worse was that, after scanning the second ticket, he did not apologize or acknowledge his mistake in any way. A simple “sorry, I missed the second ticket” would have completely changed the situation.
The bus was already delayed, but we were patient and understanding and were looking forward to having a nice trip. Unfortunately, the driver's unnecessary aggression and lack of courtesy left me feeling upset, embarrassed, and extremely uncomfortable before the journey had even begun.
I sincerely hope ONEXBUS takes this kind of passenger experience seriously. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but they can and should be handled with basic courtesy and respect. I hope your drivers are reminded that passengers deserve to be treated politely and respectfully, even when there is a misunderstanding.

The service was great. Unfortunately, the person sitting next to me was quite large and sat in a way that took up some of my leg space. It made the seat uncomfortable enough that I ended up giving up my window seat, which I had specifically chosen. I understand these situations can happen, but it did affect my experience.

Not great. Bathroom wasn't working off the hop, then front tires were DOUBLE the air pressure they were suppose to be. Waited on the side of the highway for an hour, then at a gas station, then had to wait another hour for a replacement bus to come. Driver was nice though.
