Overall, my journey with Eagle Liner was okay because I arrived safely at my destination. The drivers were friendly, professional, and drove carefully throughout the trip, which made me feel safe and comfortable. However, there were a few things I did not enjoy. The charging ports on the bus were not working at all, which was inconvenient because I could not charge my phone during the journey. At one point, the bus also got lost, which caused an unnecessary delay. We stopped for two 15-minute breaks, which were appreciated, but the delays made the trip longer than expected. Despite these issues, I still managed to arrive at my destination safely. I hope Eagle Liner can improve the maintenance of its buses, especially the charging ports, and ensure routes are properly planned to avoid delays in the future.

I would like to express my disappointment with the service we received. The bus arrived approximately 4 hours late, and during that time my little one and I were left waiting in the cold, freezing. When the bus finally arrived, the inside was wet, with water all over the floor and seats. As a result, our belongings became dirty, and the journey started off very uncomfortably. This experience was extremely frustrating, especially while travelling with a child. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to improve the service and prevent other passengers from going through the same experience.

I arrived there on time , when I get there I was told that I will have to join the intercity bus since there weren’t enough passengers booked for the eagle liner. The experience was not so bad, however the bus was cold, the was a toilet inside that had the smell of urine fill up the entire mid and back section of the bus where I was seated . There was poor ventilation for the 8 hours of travel

The bus air conditioning was very bad. In a cold night very cold air kept blowing from the system the whole journey despite efforts from passengers to get it working. Seems a technical issue with the system though
